We are pleased to invite extended abstracts for ITS India Congress on 6 – 7 November 2025

Within the domain of Intelligent Transportation system (ITS), submissions are invited for the following sub theme (but not limited to)

Notification of Acceptance: 28th October 2025

Congress Dates: 6–7 November 2025

Submission Guidelines

    • ​All submissions must be original work.
    • Posters should clearly convey concepts, ongoing work, or preliminary findings.
    •  Accepted abstracts will be considered for poster or oral presentations.
    •  Authors will have the freedom to publish their work in other journals.

Abstract Format

Length: Maximum 1500 words, including figures, tables, and references.

Font & Style:
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
Line spacing: 1.15
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

Structure:
Title: Concise and informative.
Authors and Affiliations: Include full institutional details and email address of corresponding author.

Abstract Body:
Introduction / Background
Objectives / Problem Statement
Methodology / Approach
Results / Key Findings
Conclusions / Implications

Keywords: Up to five (5) keywords.
File Type: PDF, formatted on A4 size paper.
File Naming Convention: Abstract_title.pdf

Poster Guidelines

Poster Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm) (33.1 x 46.8 inches)

Content: Posters should clearly present the concept, objectives, methodology, and key findings in a visually engaging format using charts, graphs, and images.

Font & Layout:
Font Type: Times New Roman or Arial.
Title: 72–100 pt
Subheadings: 36–48 pt
Body Text: 24–32 pt
Line Spacing: 1.15–1.5

Layout Recommendations:
Maintain a clear logical flow from introduction to conclusion.
Use columns or sections to organize content.
Leave sufficient white space for readability.
Avoid large text blocks; use bullet points and visuals.
Ensure colour contrast and readability from 1–2 meters.

Presentation Duration: 10–12 minutes + 2–3 minutes Q&A.
